      Dirty, filthy hospital. The nurse was incredibly rude and not helpful. They gave no instruction on how to give urine (not even where the bathroom was). The floor was covered in filth. Gave no answers, no referral to another doctor. Make the drive to Shreveport, this is a horrible hospital.
